Physiological occlusion & finishing in complete denture prosthetics

In this course combination, set-ups in physiological occlusion are combined with finishing. In this way, the participant learns a sound basic knowledge for the fabrication of a functional and esthetically high-quality complete denture in 3 days.

Day 1 & 2: The focus is on learning, refreshing and deepening the basic principles of tooth-to-two-tooth occlusion for complete denture prosthetics. The systematic approach from model analysis to set-up is taught. Finally, the design of the gingiva is modeled in wax according to myodynamic aspects.

Day 3: On the third day of the course, the efficient, systematic steps for investing with a silicone cuff and isolating and conditioning the plastic teeth are taught.
