Characterization is indispensable for every prosthesis that must be as natural as possible. In stressful situations and with the numerization that is taking place in the field, the characterization of prostheses is a skill that has been researched in prosthetic dentistry. The SSOP helps laboratories to update and improve their knowledge and expertise.

It is now expanding its range with the "Gingival Esthetics" workshop in an edited format and organized over one day. The workshop consists of a demonstration and a practical session on the subject of characterization. This workshop will also cover the theoretical and practical definition of the characteristics of an individual prosthesis. The analysis of the different gingival couches and their specific chromatic system form the basis of the scheme used for the finalization. The result is a gingival prosthetic esthetics close to the natural one.

This SSOP training also focuses on the individual success of the participants. The SSOP attaches great importance to the preparation of the didactic content of the courses, but also to the professional training of the teachers and to the pedagogical material used.
