The SSOP (Swiss School of Prosthestics by Candulor) lecture event in Bern Wankdorf on March 13, 2024 with two top-class experts from dental technology and clinical prosthetics

For the March 13, 2024 the SSOP invites you to a lecture event in Bern to the Wankdorf stadium . The program includes two exciting presentations that will shed light on tooth replacement solutions not only in terms of aesthetics, but also with regard to problem areas such as allergies and intolerances. There will also be plenty of opportunities to exchange ideas with colleagues from the industry and discuss practical issues in greater depth.

Damiano FrigerioMDT from Lugano, starts the afternoon lecture with the topic "Esthetic restorations with denture teeth". He will provide a wide range of practical advice on how to confidently achieve esthetic goals with prefabricated teeth and design prosthetic restorations with a high degree of efficiency.

Speaker of the second lecture "Intolerance with dentures. What to do?" is the senior physician of the Berlin Charité Dr. med. Blankenstein. In his work, he has dealt specifically with allergy patients. In his lecture, he will show how to identify intolerances - from exclusion diagnostics to prevalence and allergy diagnostics - and which alternative materials can be used to counteract them.

Damiano Frigerio - ZTM
Damiano Frigerio is co-owner of the Estetiker laboratory in Lugano, teacher at the vocational school center of the Canton of Ticino and since 2021 teacher for the SSOP (Swiss School of Prosthetics). He maintains a close relationship with the University of Zurich, where he regularly works as an instructor.

Dr. med. Felix Blankenstein
Dr. Blankenstein has been a senior physician at the Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin in the Department of Dental Prosthetics, Geriatric Dentistry and Functional Dentistry since 1996. He is considered an expert for the many intolerance patients and supervises the denture intolerance consultation at the Charité.
