Complex full dentures: aesthetics and function

This course combination combines the courses “The invisible prosthesis” and “Crossbite & Angle – Solving complicated bite positions with full dentures” in an intensive 3-day format. Making a full denture appear barely visible depends on the existing anatomical and physiological conditions. This data is collected using facial analyses and denture measurements, among other things. A natural-looking result is achieved by individually positioning the front teeth and considering the different dentition classes, phonetic aspects, and gingival color characterization. We develop the aesthetic theme based on the upper and lower front teeth situation. In the second part, solutions for complicated total prosthetic bite situations (patient cases) are developed. Participants bring their patient case mounted in the articulator to this course and work independently to develop a solution in the hands-on phase with the help of our teacher.
