With its special concept for a comprehensive improvement program in the field of reusable prostheses, the SSOP has always had the image of a quality mark within the range of various manufacturers. The ambition is now also confirmed by the certification of quality management in accordance with ISO 21001:2018, a standard that specifically focuses on performance settings. For students attending courses in the field of prosthetics, this is due to the strong focus on the students and the high standard of quality that is maintained in terms of the curriculum, didactics and the instructors and experts involved.

The continued progress in the field of tandtechnology and in treatment methods and the ever-increasing digitalization make life-long learning for tandtechnicians and tandarts more than ever a topic of great importance. As a result, the course offers very interesting options for your own specialization and your own positioning within the market of tandem learning.

"We offer a range of services in this way," explains Alexander Ewert, Director Marketing & Education at Candulor, "where both the technicians and the technicians provide excellent knowledge in the field of individual prosthesis preparation. In this way, we are able to provide patients with greater treatment success by stimulating a holistic therapeutic approach and communication at the highest level between two experts in the field of prostheses: the one in the tandtechnic laboratory and the one in the tandartspraktijk. From our experience, it has been shown that by using analog concepts for the creation of device elements, the relationship between control, stability and functionality, functional aspects and aesthetics has been improved and thus more flexibility can be achieved in the digital implementation. Alexander Ewert adds: "With the special QM certification for quality management systems in accordance with ISO 21001:2018, many of the rules that were previously used by the SSOP are now clearly defined. In this way, the SSOP offers a clear variety in terms of detailed knowledge, a good environment, individual guidance, recognition and continued development. In addition, we work even more closely together with quality practices and technical laboratories that are already certified over a quality management system according to ISO 9001, because we offer with the SSOP a training concept and a coaching program for medewerkers that offers training based on quality management."

Even though the SSOP is internationally recognized and is currently active in 7 countries, it was necessary to use this internationally recognized standard as a sign of the international nature of the Nasholing system.
